Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

We process orders within 24hours.

Once the order is processed, we are not able to cancel it.

If you contact us shortly after your order is placed to request a cancellation and we haven't processed it yet, then we will cancel your order and refund you.

 

Refunds

 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and in its original packaging.

You will also need the proof of purchase.

All refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but NOT for the costs of postage.

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@sandeli.co.uk.

 

Sale items

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We advise using a trackable shipping service or to have shipping insurance as we cannot offer refunds for items returned that are lost in the mail.
